## 1. Master Service Agreement This **Merchant Seller Master Agreement** ("Agreement") governs the commercial relationship between **shopCore** and the registering Merchant ("Seller"). ## 2. Platform Commission & Financial Terms 1. **Commission Rates** — Seller agrees to the category-based commission structure configured in the Admin Seller Hub. 2. **Payout Reconciliation** — Payouts will be disbursed according to the schedule set out in the Seller Hub Payouts section. ## 3. Indemnification & Liability Seller agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless shopCore from any legal claims, damages, or financial loss resulting from defective products, copyright infringement, or seller breach of contract.
